Why pet parents and furry friends love us

Where can I find the filu pet groomer?
You'll find your pet groomer right in the practice, in a dedicated salon area. For peace, privacy, and professional care under one roof.
How can I pay?
Payment is only possible by card – simple, secure and convenient.
How do I book an appointment?
Book easily online or via our app – anytime and without waiting.
How do I get to you?
Parking is available in the surrounding side streets. Alternatively, you can easily reach us by bus, getting off at Hebbelstraße.
How often should my pet go to the groomer?
This varies depending on the coat type and condition. We recommend every six to eight weeks to keep the coat and skin healthy—because regular grooming pays off.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Appointments can be canceled easily online, by phone, or email – please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can reassign the slot.
What types of coats are there – and how do I know which one my dog has?
Your dog’s coat type plays a big role in choosing the right care. Here’s an overview:
Short coat
Very short (1–2 cm), smooth hair that lies close to the body – with or without undercoat. Typical breeds: Boxer, French Bulldog, Doberman.
Long coat
Long topcoat (up to 20 cm), often with dense undercoat and soft, flowing hair. Typical breeds: Poodle, Golden Retriever, Yorkshire Terrier.
Wire coat
Dense, coarse topcoat with some undercoat. Robust and water-repellent. Typical breeds: Wirehaired Dachshund, Schnauzer, Airedale Terrier.
Double coat
Medium-length topcoat (3–10 cm) with dense undercoat – the classic “double coat.” Typical breeds: German Shepherd, Husky, Labrador Retriever.
Tip: If you’re unsure which coat type your dog has, just ask us – we’ll be happy to advise you and choose the right care.
