Our practice features an in-house laboratory for rapid blood and urine tests, two fully equipped operating rooms (one for soft tissue surgery and one for dental procedures), digital X-ray, ultrasound, and state of the art equipment for diagnostics, monitoring, treatment as well as rehabilitation and physiotherapy..

I found filu through Google Maps for an emergency service for my anxious dog, as it was Saturday and our regular vet was closed. At filu they listened, treated my dog perfectly, observed him and discharged him with ultimate carefulness. They were kind not only to him but also to me in a challenging situation. Highly recommend!
This is by far the very best veterinary office I have ever visited with my little pup. I still cannot believe the service, level of care, professionalism and deep understanding of my dachshund’s needs that the team has demonstrated during my two-hour visit with him. The facility and cleanliness are among the chicest I have come across and rivals any Apple Store. I wish us humans had doctors offices that looked and functioned like this! Very nice place, highly professional doctors who keen to help but not to take more money from you. I urgently needed help for my cat. They gave me appointment in couple of hours in the same day. Doctor Rotem Freilich was very professional and kind. Instead of offering each and every test he made only necessary things and set up therapy plan. It helped in the same day and my cat started to recover very fast. It was on Saturday but the price was very conservative compared to what it could be on weekends. Thank you! Highly recommend!
This Praxis is really great. My dog had surgery here and everything went just perfect. The doctor is very competent, explained me everything and answered all my questions. I had a feeling that the dog is in good hands. And I was right. People I communicated with are very kind and friendly. Plus, it’s very beautiful and cozy place. Even though I wish your pet doesn’t need a doctor, but if you have to, I recommend you go to this Praxis. Thank you, filu!

How is a surgery performed at your facility?
Before the surgery, we conduct a general examination of your pet to check its health status as well as its suitability for anesthesia and surgery. You will then have a detailed discussion with one of our veterinarians who will explain the procedure of the operation to you precisely. We use gentle anesthesia and continuously monitor your pet during anesthesia by a veterinary medical assistant and with monitors according to clinic standards.
What are the costs of treatment (e.g., neutering, surgery, examination)?
Our prices are based on the "Gebührenordnung für Tierärzte" (GOT, Fee Schedule for Veterinarians). Please note that the final cost depends on factors such as the type of procedure, the size, age, and overall health of your pet. This means the complexity of the treatment and required medication may vary.
Can I come without an appointment? Are there appointments for spontaneous visits?
You can visit us without an appointment; however, please be aware that this may involve waiting times. We recommend calling in advance if possible. If that’s not feasible, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book an appointment for multiple animals at the same time?
Yes! Please indicate in the appointment comments if you are bringing a second pet, and we will extend the appointment accordingly. Alternatively, you can book two consecutive appointments, which we can then combine.
How can I pay?
Payment is only possible by card – simple, secure and convenient.
Do you offer installment payments?
Installment payments are available upon consultation with your respective doctor. The invoice can be settled in 2 to 4 monthly installments (unfortunately, more installments are not possible). Additionally, a minimum amount of 400 euros is required, and you must hold a debit card. Please speak with us directly on-site, and we will clarify all further details together.
Do you bill directly with insurance?
No. After your visit, you will receive an invoice via email. You must forward this invoice to your insurance company to receive reimbursement.
Do you offer house calls?
No, we do not offer a mobile service. However, you will soon be able to address many concerns comfortably from home via our chat and video consultation service. Our veterinarians are available for further treatments in our practices.
Is there an app and what can I do with it?
We now have our own filu app! In the app you can, for example, book appointments, view findings and manage the most important information about your pet. Alternatively, you can still use my.filu in the browser on your cell phone or computer - just visit my.filu.vet/dashboard.
