Our values

Packing powerful passion

I commit to embodying sincere dedication & enthusiasm. We stand behind our mission and drive it forward – even beyond our core responsibilities. Our motivation and positivity are contagious, even in challenging times, and show others that our goals are worth committing to fully.

Overcome the ott(er)s!

I commit to challenging & being challenged. We seek out new situations because we can learn from them. We ask for feedback and provide constructive feedback ourselves. We question decisions and bring in new ideas so that, as a team, we can find the best way forward. We are curious about other perspectives and ideas – even when they don’t reflect our own opinions.

Walk the dog

I commit to taking full ownership. We proactively recognize problems and opportunities and tackle them with determination. When things don’t go as planned, we look for solutions instead of excuses or blame. We take responsibility for our actions and our workload.

Our herd is our calling!

I commit to acting & caring candidly. We say things as they are – respectfully and clearly. We keep our promises and share information so that we can all work well together. We listen, understand others’ perspectives, and support our colleagues so that everyone in the team feels valued.

Beeat the benchmark

I commit to striving for highest quality. When we take responsibility, we work carefully and in a structured way, set clear priorities, and deliver reliable results. We make sure we have all the necessary information to complete our tasks in the best possible way. This way, we can rely on each other’s work.
